o Online collaboration (working together to create projects online)

o And more…
Grading: Students will be given a pass / no pass grade at the end of the term. In order to pass the class students will need to complete all major assignments, make good use of the majority of their class time, and demonstrate that they can work well with others.
Permission: Students will be creating web content and communicating with their classmates and myself through their blogs, wikis, etc. in this class. While this will be monitored at all times and is completely safe, some parents will still have concerns or issues that need to be addressed regarding the time their children spend online at school. If you have any such concerns, please contact me or write a note and return it with this syllabus by the beginning of the second week of class. Students are asked to return their paper copy of this syllabus with a parent signature by the second week of class in any case. Thank you and don’t hesitate to get in touch!
